The Cuisinart Mini-Prep Pro has a 900ml capacity, you can quickly and easily chop onions and garlic as well as making breadcrumbs and grinding nuts. You can also mix your own dips and sauces like pesto, hummus and mayonnaise or make nut butter which tastes delicious when made from scratch. It's also great for blending small quantities like smoothies, compotes and baby foods.

It's really easy to use with just 1 blade that rotates in both directions for either chopping/puréeing or grinding. The bowl and blade are dishwashers safe for easy cleaning.
